Parent support for the Boston Latin School Annual Fund for Parents raises money to support current needs at the school that are not met by the regular School Department budget. This program promotes the welfare of the school through service, involvement and financial support.

Parents

Parent volunteers are involved in many ways:

  • Representing the BLSA in School associated committees/associations
  • Encouraging parental involvement and financial support for the Annual Fund
  • Supporting the Association’s direct mail program
  • Participating in BLSA phonathons by recruiting other parents and attending Phonathons.
Parent contributions not only maintain BLS academic excellence but also assure that it is improved upon, year after year.

If you are interested in joining other parents in this effort, please contact Vickie Shalian at 617.450.0004 x20.
