The BLS Class Captain Program is a longstanding tradition with BLS Alumni. It offers the opportunity to volunteer your time and energy assisting the Association in raising funds to support programs at BLS. From organizing and attending phonathons to writing letters to classmates, these volunteers not only promote the importance of annual fund participation, but more importantly, serve as ambassadors for their class and the school, encouraging others to get involved and keep connected with each other and the school. One of the key initiatives the Class Captains promote is the Class Challenge, a competition in which all classes strive for donor participation: the class with the most donors wins. Classes also compete to become members of the Century Club, which recognizes who have more than 100. Classes who have already passed their 50th reunion can join the Century Club with 50% participation.
